Hyderabad: The Task Force on Monday busted a fake government job racket run by an MBA graduate. The team apprehended the graduate along with his accomplice, who cheated unemployed youth with false promises of providing government jobs.

According to police, the accused Bhookya Ramu (29), resident of Hayathnagar and native of Suryapet and Ch Satyanarayana Mudiraj (26), resident of Langer House and native of Nagarkurnool, promised the youth of government jobs in Irrigation department and collected huge sum of money.

The prime accused Ramu, completed his MBA in Suryapet and migrated to Hyderabad in 2011 in search of a job. After many failed attempts, he decided to get a government Job through backdoor and approached unknown persons.

The unknown persons gave him fake employment offer letter and ID card and cheated him to the tune of Rs 2,70,000. In retaliation, Ramu decided to cheat others in the same manner. In the month of February, this year, he approached his friend Satyanarayana who is working as Senior Investigator in Copy Right Protection Force (which according to police is a Fraud Company).

As per the plan, they prepared fake employment offer letter and ID cards as issued by Irrigation department and lured aspirants and collected an amount of Rs 2.5 lakh from aspirants.

Additional DCP, Commissioner’s Task Force, C Shashidhar Raju cautioned aspirants against such fraudsters and said, “If anyone comes across such instances, you may inform us to enable us to take stringent action against those deceivers. The names of the people giving information will be kept confidential,” he added.
