Engineering student commits suicide

Hyderabad: A student, Priyanka, 18, of G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Sciences (GNITS) committed suicide by hanging at her residence on Tuesday.
The police, who recovered suicide purported to have been left behind by Priyanka found that she had committed suicide because she was unable to perform well in the examinations.
“Sorry father, I wasted your Rs 11 lakh. I can’t study, sorry,” she stated in the suicide note. She was a resident of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in Kukatpally area.
