3 held for raping minor

The Haryana police arrested three youths on charges of raping a 17 year old girl. The arrested persons were identified as Imran Khan (24), Javed Shaikh (23) and Kinna (20).
The Haryana police arrested three youths on charges of raping a 17 year old girl. The arrested persons were identified as Imran Khan (24), Javed Shaikh (23) and Kinna (20).
The forced their way into the house of the victim when she was alone and raped her at knife point. While Imran Khan raped her, the other two stood guard. The incident occurred under Shantinagar police station in Bhivandi town.
The police booked cases under IPC sections 376(d) (gang rape), 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 506 (criminal intimidation). Relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) have also been invoked against the trio.
