The India Home Health Care team has introduced ‘The Elder Care’ geriatric package for varied needs of the elderly. From basic care to 24-hour requirement, the services can be accessed from the comfort of one’s home.
The India Home Health Care team has introduced ‘The Elder Care’ geriatric package for varied needs of the elderly. From basic care to 24-hour requirement, the services can be accessed from the comfort of one’s home.
The ‘Basic Care’ package is for elders who need frequent monitoring of their health status and assistance with their daily activities. A caretaker would be provided for 12 hours.
The ‘Elder Full Support Care’ is conceived primarily for elders who require 24×7 assistance with personal care; the caretakers would help with the client’s hygiene requirements, assist with mobilisation and feeding and also play a role in promoting the mental health of the client round the clock.
The ‘Elder Advanced Support Care’ is for the ones who require continuous monitoring of vital parameters and nursing interventions like injections, dressings and intermittent catheterisation in addition to personal care. Nurses would provide 24x7 full-time care to the patients.
The packages start at Rs 25,000 per month. All plans include a weekly visit by a clinical manager to assess the care plan, a monthly visit by a doctor, and a dietician would visit once in three month.
