Inspiring to excel

FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) organised an interactive session with ‘Change Management’ guru Antano Solar John over the weekend.

Speaking on the topic “Invoking genius in you” John addressed the 80 member group for about 30 minutes and then had conversation with Viiveck Verma, Coach, Philanthropist and Investor. This was followed by a ‘Questing and Answer sessions’ with the attending members.

John enlightened the audience about the four lessons he learnt while growing up. “People on top have different rules. Connect with people in top who can take you there,” he said on his first rule.

Elaborating on this he said, “Every experience counts. Be it in depression, happiness, achieve, fail, experience teaches you good lessons.”

“Sometimes when you are struck with a problem and unable to get out of it research more to find out a solution. There is no problem on this earth which doesn't have solution. Every lock is manufactured with key,” he motivated.

“Realise that human beings are born with immense capabilities inside them. We have to take that genius out of us,” he said.

When asked about how to overcome fear that struck in mind he told the audience to read a book ‘Using your brain for a change’.

The most sought after Personal Evolution guru, tech evangelist, author and pioneer of ‘Excellence Installation’, Antano Solar John has good memories of Hyderabad.

“It is the place of turning point for me,” he said. “Five years ago my expertise was sought in this city which worked out well for both of us. I keep travelling to city often,” he added.

“Women though don’t agree on their own that they are magicians. But, family members vouch for it. Women create magic in everyone’s lives around them… often forgetting to recognise the genius within themselves.
