Bhongir: “Instead of taking the Opposition parties and the Parliament into consideration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been talking about important matter outside the legislative house, the highest institution in the democracy,” senior Congress leader and former PCC president V Hanumantha Rao criticised.

As a part of Jana Chaitanya Yatra taken up by him against the government’s anti-public policies, he toured in Bhongir and Alair of Yadadri district.

Addressing the people during his visit, he said the common people, who have been facing hardships with demonetisation drive, would teach a good lesson to PM Modi and BJP at right time.

He came down heavily on Modi for forgetting poll promises made to the people. He criticised PM Narendra Modi for his comments and for misguiding people on the ban of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes.

Mocking at the Modi’s repeated statement that ‘ache din aane waale hain', Hanumantha Rao urged the Centre to clear the problems of people due to demonetisation.

Congress, Youth Congress and NSUI leaders of Bhongir and Alair gave a grand welcome to Hanumantha Rao. DCC president Budida Bixamaiah, Pramod Kumar, party leaders and cadre were also present.
