Sircilla: The workers of various sections were advised not to take the extreme step of ending their lives by committing suicide, after losing self-confidence, advised psychologist K Punnam Chander.

The Mind Care and Counselling Centre, in association with the District Public Relation Department, had organised a programme to build self-confidence among workers of various sections at Sundaraiah Nagar in Sircilla on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, psychologist K Punnam Chander said that ending one’s life will not solve problems,
instead creates more and advised the workers to come out of stress without losing their self-confidence. He also said that the Mind Care Centre works round-the-clock and will give counselling to the workers to overcome their problems along with educating them how to tackle stress.

The artists of cultural department, under the leadership of A Sridhar Reddy, tried to build up self-confidence and courage in the workers with their inspirational songs.

Cultural department artists K Thirupathi, K Sandeep, G Parasharamulu, K Praveen, G Srinivas, Devaiah, K Lakshminarayana, K Raju, A Shirisha and the staff members of Mind Care Counselling Centre V Annapurana, R Latha, K Uma and B Srimathi were also present along with workers of various sections.
