These candidates have been provided one-time correction facility option which can be availed only till March 26. An advisory for JEE aspirants has also been issued by CBSE stating candidates can visit the examination centre a day before the exam so as to be sure of the exact location and to avoid any sort of hassle and delay in reporting at the examination centre as per schedule. Time of last entry for first shift of Paper-1 of JEE Main 2018 is 9:30 am and for the second shift, it is 2:30 pm. For JEE Main 2018 Paper 2, students won’t be permitted to enter the examination hall after 2:00 pm. This is the last opportunity to correct any flaws, so candidates should be very careful and accurate while making these corrections.

Steps to Make Corrections in Aadhaar Card

By following the simple steps given below, students can make required changes in their respective Aadhaar Card.

  • Go to the official website of JEE Main 2018, i.e. www.jeemain.nic.in
  • Scroll down to the end of the webpage
  • Select the option “Correction in Aadhaar Details – JEE (Main)-2018” by clicking on it.
  • Enter the Application Number and password and log in to their accounts.
  • Then make all the required changes in the Aadhaar Card
  • Save changes.

The Admit Cards for the upcoming exam have already been released on the official website (jeemain.nic.in) on March 12. Candidates can download their respective admit cards before the JEE Main 2018 Exam Date by logging in to their IDs. For entry to the examination hall, on the exam date, JEE Main 2018 Admit Card and Aadhaar Card (as ID proof) is mandatory, without which students won’t be permitted to sit for the exam.

JEE Main 2018 is a national-level entrance examination conducted by CBSE to provide admission to candidates in engineering & architecture courses (B. Tech. /B. Arch.) in top institutes of the country. JEE Main 2018 Exam Date is scheduled to be held on April 8 for offline mode and April 15 & April 16 for online mode.

On clearing JEE Main and JEE Advanced papers, candidates will be eligible for admission to Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.), Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) courses at Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs). So make the corrections in your Aadhaar Card so that you will be allowed to enter the examination hall and sit for the paper.
