Students of the post graduate diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM) of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) had a marvellous time during the ‘Dosa Festival’ hosted by the “Prism Hospitality Services” at ASCI\'s College Park Campus on Thursday. 

Students of the post graduate diploma in Hospital Management (PGDHM) of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) had a marvellous time during the ‘Dosa Festival’ hosted by the “Prism Hospitality Services” at ASCI's College Park Campus on Thursday.

Various kinds of dosas, both in veg and non-veg category, satiated the taste buds, through this festival, ‘dosa’, a popular dish of south India, got a new dimension. The mishmash of different cuisines like Chinese, Italian with dosa created a diversified menu.

This menu also included a wide range of non vegetarian dishes like butter chicken dosa, mutton keema dosa. Other dishes included veg pizza dosa, palak paneer dosa followed by fruit custard as desert. The most popular amongest all the dishes was ‘pizza dosa.’

The Head of Prism Hospitality Services, Rajnikant said, “The success of the ‘Dosa festival’ held in October 2016 gave a second chance to Prism Hospitality Services to host it for the second time”.
