Musheerabad: Telangana State Multi Services Cable Operators Welfare Association (TSMSCOWA) president Suresh demanded the Government to reduce GST to five per cent from the existing 18 per cent on Cable TV sector.
He was speaking at the state level meeting of TSMSCOWA held at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram recently. He demanded the State Government to provide partnership to cable operators in fiber grid.
The Government should setup Cable Corporation and allocate funds to it, he added demanding interest free loan of Rs 1,000 for every connection through the corporation.
The association members from all the districts of the state took part in the meeting.
