Illegal construction of houses under survey number 3 and ward number 19 of Sitarampeta in the town was alleged, according to a complaint lodged with the civic authorities by the colony residents.
Tandur: Illegal construction of houses under survey number 3 and ward number 19 of Sitarampeta in the town was alleged, according to a complaint lodged with the civic authorities by the colony residents. Some unscrupulous elements developed a illegal lay-out and sold plots to the people. When a complaint was lodged sometime back, the officials got the survey stones removed.
In spite of this, illegal construction of houses took place in the layout. The matter was brought to the notice of the municipal authorities. According to Town Planning officer Ershad there were no permissions whatsoever to the venture in Sitarampeta.
He told The Hans India that some of the persons there have been threatening the people. He said that proper action would be initiated against those who developed the venture.
