Telugu Desam membership drive begins in Khammam
The district president of Telugu Desam Party Tulluri Brahmaiah on Tuesday urged the party representatives to take initiative for joining more number of people in the party during the membership drive.

Starting the membership drive here at party office in Khammam Brahmaiah said: “We are starting the membership enrollment programme in both the Telugu-speaking States from November 1.
Last time, more number of people enrolled as members in Telugu Desam Party in Khammam district. This time also we are trying to enroll more members in the party compared to last time.”
He urged the party representatives to inform people of the membership drive and about the benefits of joining party. He said every enrolled member would get an accidental insurance and financial help from the ‘TDP Activists Welfare fund’.
During the membership programme, the membership of the politburo member of the party Nama Nageshwar Rao was renewed along with renewal of memberships of TDP senior leaders Vallabneni Gangadhar Chowdari, Akarapu Mukundam and Srirangam Ranga Rao.
District vice-president K Venkateshwarlu, General Secretary A Srinivas Rao, BC Unit president G Madhava Rao, youth leaders G Hari Krishna, M Bhaskar Rao and SC Unit president B Bikshapathi Rathod were present along with others.
