SHOs asked to improve technical knowledge: Khammam CP
The Station House Officers (SHO) of every police station must have complete knowledge about the crime that taking place in their areas, suggested the Commissioner of Police Tafseer Iqbal.
Khammam: The Station House Officers (SHO) of every police station must have complete knowledge about the crime that taking place in their areas, suggested the Commissioner of Police Tafseer Iqbal.
Addressing the officials at a meeting held here at Special Branch Conference Hall in Khammam on Wednesday, the CP said SHO's must be in such a position to give complete information in detail about the crime rating, area covered under their police station, various steps taken for preventing crime along with steps taken for maintaining law and order when asked by higher officials.
Iqbal advised the officials to improve their technical knowledge which would become highly useful while investigating the cases and for collecting the required evidences for solving them with ease.
Additional District Superintendent of Police Sai Krishna, ACPs Ganesh, Rajesh, Sridhar Reddy and Suresh Kumar, ACP of CAR Sanjeev, CIs Sarangapani, Rehaman, Venkanna Babu and Rajesh, ASIs Sridhar, Rajendra Prasad, Nagendra Chary, Thirupathi Reddy, Vijay Kumar and Anjali were among others who took part in the meeting.
