While interacting with the villagers and people’s representatives like ward members, the Collector said the District Administration was ready to help the villagers to clear the unwanted bushes and other boulders in the 125 acres land allocated for combined farming to 70 land beneficiaries, but again he said the beneficiaries need to bear a nominal of Rs 5,000 each to help make their land plane and suitable for farming.

To this effect, the Collector directed the officials to conduct a ‘Grama Sabha’ and bring out a resolution and send the same to the government to allocate the funds. “We are ready to help the farmers in cleansing the land distributed to them under NREGA scheme.

The Collector directed the local representatives and village officials to chart out a detail action plan for the same and send a report to the District Administration for necessary action.
