Retirement age hike unjustified
It is reference to the manifesto released yesterday by TRS party, in which they assured 61 years as the retirement age for govt employees It is unethical and not rational in its part as govt institutions have been with nonproductive resources that hampers a lot in running the administration Due to lack of proper recruitment time schedule for many years, the educated youth are at great perplexit
It is reference to the manifesto released yesterday by TRS party, in which they assured 61 years as the retirement age for govt employees. It is unethical and not rational in its part as govt institutions have been with non-productive resources that hampers a lot in running the administration. Due to lack of proper recruitment time schedule for many years, the educated youth are at great perplexity and unrest as they have no jobs in this juncture.
Hence adding one more year of service will not benefit to the administration it is only personal advantage to employees. So the assurance of TRS is not justified as millions of young,educated and dynamic human potential is awaiting to contribute for better performance as the part of the govt therefore the recruitment time should be followed and energy-less resources should be substituted with young and educated, otherwise govt offices will remain rooms for personal gossips. - A Madhusudhan, Tirupati
