BHEL says India a bright spot

In his convocation address, Sobti, himself an alumnus of the prestigious Institute, highlighted the fact that India was emerging as a bright spot while the youth of the nation are the crucial enablers.

He informed the students that BHEL has made revolutionary contribution to the power and capital goods sectors in India. Later, he gave away Gold Medals to the Toppers of the Institute.
