Bengaluru: A Prime Minister is the most powerful person and can always have his way. But, a Mysuru hotel has shown that its customers, who reserved rooms in their hotel before hand, are more important than the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Modi and his entourage, currently on a tour of Karnataka, wanted to stay in iconic Lalitha Mahal Palace. But, the hotel management told the officials that only three rooms were available and the rest were booked by a marriage party. Since they were pre-booked, the hotel expressed helplessness at hosting the Prime Minister. The three rooms offered were insufficient for the entourage and security wise, it was not advisable to stay in a place where a marriage was taking place.

So, the district administration had to hurriedly arrange for an accommodation for the Prime Minister in Hotel Radisson Blu on Sunday and Monday. Modi participated in the Mahamastakabhisheka of Sri Gomatheswara at Sravana Belagola and addressed a party rally in Karnataka.
