The ‘Dial Your CP’ programme was held from 10 AM and 11 AM in the city on Monday. The Commissioiner of Police Kartikeya personally received the phone calls and registered their complaints.

A total of 15 complaints were recorded. The aggrieved persons from Nizamabad, Buchan and Armoor mandals rang up the Police Commissioner to explain their difficulties.
After receiving the complaints, the Commissioner of Police directed the officials concerned to take necessary action and redress their grievances.
He also enquired from the people whether the police department officials were responsive and friendly with them last week when they called to register their complaints. He pulled up the officials for their laxity.
Special Branch Inspector Ch Venkanna was also present.
