Punjabi University defeated Anna University, Chennai while host Osmania University downed Panjab University, Chandigarh, in two lopsided summit clashes to clinch the men and women Regu titles in the All India Inter-University Sepak Takraw
Hyderabad: Punjabi University defeated Anna University, Chennai while host Osmania University downed Panjab University, Chandigarh, in two lopsided summit clashes to clinch the men and women Regu titles in the All India Inter-University Sepak Takraw (Men and Women) Championships at Lal Bahadur Indoor Stadium here on Monday. It was momentous outing for OU women as they pocketed the Double event also. Anna University, Chennai, had the consolation of winning the men double title.
Later, Prof S Ramachandram, Vice-Chancellor, Osmania University, gave away the prizes.
