Hyderabad: The summit clash of the Venkataswamy Memorial Telangana T20 League will be an exciting showdown between Medak Mavericks and Adilabad Tigers at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium (RGICS) here on Sunday.

Meanwhile, in a stunning reversal to the script in Saturday’s semifinals, Medak Mavericks defeated Hyderabad Thunderbolts by six wickets. Put into bat, Hyderabad Thunderbolts posted 150 runs for the loss of seven wickets.

The target was made to look seemingly easy by M Adhirath Reddy, whose 54-ball unbeaten 84 blitzkrieg, put all issues to rest. He clobbered 10 boundaries and three sixes while J Mallikarjun’s cameo was worth an invaluable 31.
