Congress senior leader and former union minister Sarve Satyanarayana has expressed shock over the acquittal of all accused in the Mecca Masjid blast case.
Hyderabad: Congress senior leader and former union minister Sarve Satyanarayana has expressed shock over the acquittal of all accused in the Mecca Masjid blast case.
Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan today, Satyanarayana said if the all the accused are acquitted and no one is responsible, then who executed the terror acct. He said that the prosecution has utterly failed in getting punishment for the culprits. He said that the BJP Government has failed in producing required evidences in the court.
The Congress leader said he would speak again after having a detailed study of the judgment.
Satyanarayana also denied the TRS allegation of insulting Medchal District Collector. He said he only objected to the political speech by District Collector. However, a false has been booked against him for obstructing an official function.
