D Srinivas to file nomination for the RS poll on Tuesday

Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) on Thursday nominated senior leaders D Srinivas and V Lakshmikantha Rao as its candidates for the two vacancies from the state in the Rajya Sabha.
Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) on Thursday nominated senior leaders D Srinivas and V Lakshmikantha Rao as its candidates for the two vacancies from the state in the Rajya Sabha.
Following the nominations announcement, D Srinivas resigned from the position of Special Adviser to the Government of Telangana on Saturday. The TRS candidate handed over his resignation letter to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and is expected to file his nomination for the Rajya Sabha poll on Tuesday.
