No late fee for BSNL customers

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Thursday announced that a late fee will not be levied on all the March bills if paid on or before March 31. Besides this, it also announced a discount of 0.75 % on bills paid through portal.bsnl.in or ‘My BSNL’ App on Android / IOS mobiles.
Hyderabad: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Thursday announced that a late fee will not be levied on all the March bills if paid on or before March 31. Besides this, it also announced a discount of 0.75 % on bills paid through portal.bsnl.in or ‘My BSNL’ App on Android / IOS mobiles.
According to officials, this will be applicable for all services including landline, broadband, FTTH and group bill customers (excluding Public Telephones). Customers are requested to pay the bills on or before March 31, either through BSNL portal or “My BSNL App” or at any Customer Service Centre. This facility is being extended as a ‘special gesture’ at the end of the financial year.
