Three students drown in a bid to take selfie in Yapala lake
Three women, who were trying to sell an infant boy, were nabbed in Hyderabad. It is not known whether the boy is their own child or kidnapped. They were demanding Rs. 5 lakh from interested couples, in exchange for the boy.
In a tragic incident, three students have reportedly drowned in Yapala lake in Yadadri district.
The incident occurred on Monday when the students were taking a selfie while taking a dip in the lake situated at Jangareddy Gudem.
The deceased were identified as Sai Nivas, Ganesh and Raju. Reports suggest that the trio didn't know how to swim but ventured into the lake to take a selfie.
The students were immediately shifted to a Hospital in Ramannapet Area where they were declared dead.
They had come down to a relative's place for celebrating Bodrai Festival but the tragic turn of events left their families in grief.
