Family of six jump into Paleru dam in Khammam

A family of six committed suicide by jumping into the Paleru reservoir in Khammam district. The incident occurred on Tuesday night and five dead bodies have been fished out of the reservoir.

Search is on to find the last dead body. The deceased were identified as Pentaiah, his wife Mehbooba, son Salim, daughter-in-law Razia, grandson Sony and granddaughter Nazia.

All the deceased belong to Jeelachervu in Kusumanchi mandal. According to the reports, the family decided to end their lives after getting cheated regarding a land.
