OU VC releases Anti-Ragging poster
Osmania University Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Ramachandram on Friday released the Anti-Ragging Poster brought out by the Dean, Students Affairs as part of the educative campaign, for distribution among all the colleges, hostels and other important points.

"Osmania University has been playing a pro-active role in preventing and curbing the menace of ragging in the colleges under its jurisdiction over the years, through a concerted campaign, counseling and awareness programmes by involving the stake holders in the system. As part of this mission, the University has formulated comprehensive anti-ragging policy and evolved institutional mechanisms in line with UGC, AICTE, Supreme Court and State Government guidelines/directives," said the OU authorities in a press release today.
The Office of the Dean, Student's Affairs, Osmania University is actively involved in the dissemination of information and implementation of Anti-Ragging measures under their jurisdiction, the press release added.
