Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday directed the officials to complete the phase I process of Mission Bhagiratha by the end of this year.
He stated that the government plans to provide clean filtered water to the public in 24,000 residential areas as a New Year gift.
Directing them to split the work and complete the entire process by early 2018, the Chief Minister said that the people have been awaiting drinking water for a long time and it is time to provide them with it.
