Two people were killed in a road accident after an RTC bus was involved in a head-on collision with a lorry on Thursday morning.

The mishap occurred at Chagallu village of Station Ghanpur mandal in Warangal. The Bus, headed to Hyderabad from Hanamkonda rammed into a lorry that was moving to Warangal from Hyderabad.

While a passenger along with the bus driver died immediately on the spot, 19 others sustained severe injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A case has been registered in this regard.
