Rains to continue in Hyderabad for two more days

Incessant rains are being witnessed in Hyderabad leaving many commuters and citizens in dismay.

As per the meteorological department’s prediction, Hyderabad and districts across Telangana are likely to receive rainfall for two more days.

Locals have been suffering from the stagnant water at various places and the low-lying areas getting inundated with rains.

Telangana government has deployed 140 monsoon and 50 voluntary teams to help restore the normalcy in the city.

Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao said that they have alerted officials concerned over predicted rains in coming days and added that they are in plan to modernize the drainage and sewerage systems.
