RDSO tests commence on Mettuguda to Begumpet section

L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited announces the commencement of Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) Oscillation Test Run on the section between Mettuguda to Begumpet on the sharp curves only.
Hyderabad : L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited announces the commencement of Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) Oscillation Test Run on the section between Mettuguda to Begumpet on the sharp curves only.
There are several tests to be conducted on the rolling stock / train both in static and running conditions in the depot and viaduct. The RDSO team checks the rolling stock / train running behaviour with instrumentation and sensors and issue a Speed Certificate on satisfactory performance.
Once RDSO testing is completed, system integration will commence for about 15-20 days followed by Trial Run.
