A Jet Airways passenger who was travelling from Hyderabad to Mumbai on Monday was in for a shock when he found an insect in the food he was served.
The passenger, Krishna Mohan had ordered a meal in the Jet Airways Flight but was served a dead fly in the biryani.
While he immediately brought this to the notice of in-flight staff, it came as a surprise for him when he found out there was no formal format or book for the filing of a complaint.
Mr Krishna Mohan informed that the attendant in the flight noted down his complaint on a piece of paper and hence he sent Jet Airways a formal complaint by email. However, the Jet Airways authorities are yet to respond on the issue.
