While two motor pumps will be functional by June, the other five pump sets would become functional by December 2018.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on his second day of Karimnagar tour, reviewed several work sites of the project including Medaram in Peddapalli district and Ramadugu in Karimnagar district.
KCR, who returned to Hyderabad on Friday is expected to conduct a detailed review today at Pragati Bhavan based on his field experiences.
