Congress leader Jeevan Reddy flayed the TRS government for organising the World Telugu Conference from the political angle instead of the thought of propagating Telugu.
Criticising the state government for not utilising the Telugu language in all official communications, he pointed out that the children of rich are studying in corporate schools whereas children of poor are studying in Telugu medium in government schools.
Jeevan Reddy further stated that there won’t be any impact of conducting programmes like World Telugu Conference until inequalities are removed in education.
