However, bomb scare gripped KCR’s visit to the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) campus. Following this, a dog squad was deployed as the officials suspected something suspicious and few potted plants were taken away.

The Chief Minister who is touring Adilabad and Macherial districts today visited the DIET College to address a public gathering. But after noticing some commotion among the public, he asked the officials to look into the issue.

Irrigation Minister Harish Rao and several government advisers accompanied him on this tour.

After the panic subsided, KCR addressed the gathering where he spoke about the development in Adilabad stating that it is the Kashmir of Telangana state and is most neglected.
