4 workers hurt as rakes at warehouse collapse in Gundlapochampally
Petbasheerabad: Four workers sustained injuries on Wednesday when rakes in a warehouse in Gundlapochampally, under Petbasheerabad police limits, collapsed at around 10 am. While three other workers managed to escape unhurt, one is suspected to be stuck under the crashed rakes. A worker, Sonu, was rescued and shifted to hospital.

The police suspect that the mishap occurred because of the warehouse management failed to take any protective measures. The police reached the spot following information provided by local residents. No information was provided to the police or complaint lodged.

Management representative Prasad while speaking to the press maintained that none was injured. However, SI Srinivas stated that fellow workers rescued Sonu and sent him to the hospital. He said a sue moto case was registered and investigation taken up.
