Khammam: Leaders of various political parties here on Wednesday appealed to the people of Sarathinagar not to vote TRS party which deceived them by making hollow promise of construction of Sarathinagar under-bridge.
A roundtable conference was held under the leadership of Bahujana Left Front (BLF) leader Y Srikanth. Addressing the gathering, CPM district secretary Nunna Nageswara Rao alleged that TRS invested crores of rupees in acquiring the land for the construction of a new Collectorate against to the people’s wish. But it is not bothered to construct the underbridge which is the long pending demand of the people.
The Congress Carporator Y Balagangadhar Tilak said all the opposition parties must fight united against the TRS government and exert pressure on it for the construction of under bridge to solve the problems of Sarathinagar and Mammillagudem people.
YSRCP district unit president Lakkineni Sudheer appealed the representatives of opposition parties to participate in the agitations against TRS party to pressure the government to solve various issues pertaining to the people living in the city.
The CPI-ML party district leader Kolleti, Lions Club president Kalvakuntla Gopal, Y Srinivas Rao, T Lingaiah, B Yakaiah, N Ramesh, B Venkat Kumar, G Bhimaiah, B Ramana Reddy, P Srinivas Rao, T Hanumanth Rao, P Shoba Rani and Naga Sulochana participated in the conference.
