Karimnagar: It’s celebration time for the Congress followers in Karimnagar on Wednesday with the All India Congress Committee (AICC) appointing local man and former MP Ponnam Prabhakar of Karimnagar as Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president and also the member of Coordination Committee and party’s election committee. Currently, the 51-year-old Ponnam Prabhakar held the post of TPCC Vice-president.
