Dalit, Bahujan bodies to form alliance

Musheerabad: Nalla Radhakrishna, the national coordinator of Dalitha Sangharshana Samithi, said that Dalit and Bahujan parties would form alliance in Telangana for the forthcoming elections. He was speaking at a meeting of the samithi held at Sundaraiah Vignana Kendram here on Monday. He said that the alliance would be formed on Tuesday marking the Kanshiram’s birth anniversary (October 9), and would be named as Bahujan Front.
He further said that the Front would contest in 50 seats. Nalla further said that the alliance would ensure that votes of Dalits were not split. He urged Dalits that it was time to get united and be politically active. Among those participated in the meeting include the state president Venkateshwarulu, south India chairman of the samithi G Vinod Kumar, Krishna and others.
