Manthani: "In tune with KCR ambitious dream of providing irrigation water to one crore acres in Telangana State, I also played a crucial role in modernising irrigation resources," said Putta Madhukar, the Manthani TRS contestant, in an exclusive interview with The Hans India.

In an exclusive interview with The Hans India, Putta Madhukar said that Telangana State with an unprecedented development for the last 55 months witnessed growth and political stability and he added that KCR with an array of welfare measures won the hearts of people.

Madhukar recalled that Marri Vagu Project was proposed in 1976, and lamented in spite of four MLAs being elected during the span till 2014, the project had not seen light of the day and it did not get clearance from Forest Department.

Immediately after TRS formed the government, the project was given green signal besides releasing of Rs 14 crore with his efforts, said Madhukar and said he took the initiative in swapping the land in lieu of the fore land.

On completion of Marri Vagu projects, Arenda, Venkatapur, Khansanpalli, Somanpally villages are getting potable water and also getting water for irrigation for more than 2,000 acres. Putta Madhukar also said that a check dam is being constructed on Maaneru rivulet along with developing Teegavagu, Boggulavagu.

Putta Madhukar also said that Telangana public would turst Chandrababu Naidu and added casting vote to Mahakutami means total surrender to Amaravati.

" It is deplorable that the Opposition is criticising KCR on personal front for defeating them. They should appreciate him for the development works and welfare measures he initiated" the TRS candidate said. He struck an optimistic note by saying that people will vote for the good work the party did in 55 months.

Madhukar also recalled the charitable work done by Putta Lingamma Charitable Trust, named after his mother in providing free water y distribution and cycles to physically challenged, besides holding job melas, supplying of stationary to the poor students and giving solace to the needy.

" It is my earnest desire to develop Manthani segment like East Godavari District where the farmers are blessed with three crops in an year and I don't rest till the task is accomplished, " asserted Madhukar.

"Development and welfare are equal and top on our agenda and state is striding on all fronts" said Putta Madhukar. With ongoing irrigation projects and taking up major barrages works on warfooting in Medigadda, Sundilla Annaram barrage the public are also happy with tremendous progress he claimed.

Immediately after being elected as Manthani MLA, Putta Madhukar said roads were laid to remote villages and double lane road were built connecting different mandals in the assembly area. said Madhukar.

A total of 378 welfare schemes of the Chief Minister brought him closer to his electorate and Kalyana lakshmi, Shadi Mubarak, KCR Kits, Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bhima schemes will definitely help him in winning comfortably asserted Putta Madhukar.

The TRS party leader Madhukar said that he visited far-flung remote areas, Modedu Sathrajpalli, which were not visited by former Prime Minister late P V Narasimha Rao and added that he ventured visiting the remote villages to identify the beneficiaries transparently for allotment of double bedroom houses.
