He is the first candidate of any major party to sign on a bond paper and this may be considered as victory of people of the constituency. Local NGO ‘Forum to improve things’ (FIT) has prepared the affidavit which includes seven main demands of the constituency.

The manifesto speaks of various issues to be addressed such as improving underground drainage system, finding permanent solutions for traffic issues, extension of Metro services, bus shuttle services from Metro stations, drinking water to every house, housing for eligible candidates and handing over of vacant houses constructed by government to beneficiaries. It also includes measures to bring all the government offices to single location to improve ease and transparency of governance. It also mentions measures to be taken up to improve cleanliness, improvement of roads, bridges and flyovers and their maintenance. Providing basic facilities, improvement of burial grounds, and providing cheap generic medicines also are included in the manifesto.
