Sainik students think like defence officials
Amazed by the thoughts of the students of Telangana Government Sainik School in Choppadandi , the geoscientists of Geological Survey of India GSI G Ramachandran and Gunda Ramesh on Friday quipped that they are thinking like defence officials
Karimnagar: Amazed by the thoughts of the students of Telangana Government Sainik School in Choppadandi , the geoscientists of Geological Survey of India (GSI) G. Ramachandran and Gunda Ramesh on Friday quipped that “they are thinking like defence officials”.
The geoscientists interacted with the students of the sanik school and tried to know about their future plans and their ambition in life. The scientists appreciated the ambition of the students to protect the nation in the field of defense.
“Though they are just 5th standard students, they are thinking like defense officials in the name of nation security. It is good thing that the rural background students across the Telangana State moulding towards securing the country in future,” they added.
The scientists also explained the students how geology is equally important in our day-to-day life and it's basic applications in the field of science. More than 150 years old organization in the country is working for mineral exploration, mapping etc.
