The hype surrounding Pooja Jhaveri and Dhanush’s Tamil film has just gotten bigger. While the makers have kept her role under wraps, it has emerged that she’ll be seen as a heroine in the film.
The hype surrounding Pooja Jhaveri and Dhanush’s Tamil film has just gotten bigger. While the makers have kept her role under wraps, it has emerged that she’ll be seen as a heroine in the film.
Apparently, the choreographer-turned actress, who plays a village belle in her forthcoming Telugu film ‘Right Right’, will be seen as a tantrum-throwing ‘established heroine’ in her Tamil debut ‘Mirattu’, directed by Prabhu Solomon.
A source close to the unit confirms, “Yes, Pooja will play a top-grade heroine. She was thrilled to take up the role and did a great job. Her character also helps to give a conclusion to the film.”
The screenplay is multi-layered and the plot revolves around how five parallel segments come together. Keerthy Suresh will be the other leading lady in the romantic thriller, which is currently in post-production.
