Nampally HC issues summons to Mahesh Babu

But lately, Nampally High Court has issued summons to Mahesh Babu and Srimathudu team to present before the court. Novelist author Sharath Chandra has filed a case against Mahesh Babu, Koratala Siva and Mythri films producer Naveen for alleged plagiarism story of his from the book.
The novel name is 'Chachenta Prema’ and it was got published in the year 2012. The court has filed the case under various sections of IPC 120B and section 63 of copyrights act.
