After essaying power packed roles in films like ‘Salaa Khadoos’ and ‘Vikram Vedha’, handsome actor Madhavan is in talks to do a silent Telugu film titled ‘Silence’.

B-town director Hemanth Madhukar who made films like ‘A Flat’ and ‘Mumbai 125 KM’ besides Telugu film ‘Vastadu Na Raju’is returning to T-town with his path-breaking silent film.
“It is true that we have approached Madhavan to play the lead since he can do full justice to this author-backed role. However, we are yet to sign him up,” says a source, close to the unit.
The film is being produced by Kiran Reddy and Bharat Choudary who tasted success with ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ and also making another big ticket film ‘MLA’ with Nandamuri actor Kalyan Ram.
Meanwhile, Madhavan will be returning to T-town with ‘Savyasachi’ and will be sharing screen space with hotshot Naga Chaitanya in this action adventure. “Now-a-days, Madhavan is choosing performance-driven roles to break away from his established lover boy image. Hence, a silent film will add to his teaming cap,” the source concludes. Earlier, ace actor Kamalhaasan won accolades with ‘Pushapaka Vimanam’. If Madhavan takes up the film, he will be joining the league of ‘Bharatiyudu’ star. Good going indeed!
