Warangal: People will have more faith in police if their complaints are solved immediately without pending, said the Commissioner of Police G Sudheer Babu here on Thursday.

He chaired a review meeting on crime with the DCPs and ACPs of Warangal Police Commissionerate at Commissionerate office in the city.

Addressing the police officials, the Commissioner said that the Warangal Police Commissionerate stood at the top position in the State in the property recovery cases and the police officials who are involved in cracking of such cases will get special recognition.

The Commissioner suggested the ACPs to encourage the people for installation of cc cameras which will be useful in solving the cases.

He reminded that due to installation of cc cameras recently in Narsampet division nearly five road accidents cases and one theft cases were solved immediately.

He also said that with the help of She teams and Interceptor vehicles in Janagoan Parkal and Narsampet divisions, the law and order is maintained under control. She teams are also useful to prevent eve teasing cases, he said.

Cordon and Search operation will be helpful to keep check on the crime and to identifying the criminals along with the persons who had taken shelter with the intention of committing crime or participating in the anti-social activities, said the Commssioner.

Sudheer Babu asked the officials to appoint special teams division wise to implement non-bailable warrants which are pending. He also asked the officials to book cases on accused persons without delay.

The Central, East and West zones DSPs Venu Gopal Rao, Ismail and Venkanna, ACPs Muralidhar, Mahendar, Durgaiah, Janardhan, Sudheendra and Vidhya Sagar, Inspectors Sanjeev Rao, Madhusudhan and Vidhya Sagar were present in the meeting along with Reserve Inspector Srinivas.
