Keeping in mind, the never-ending love one has for food, here are tips that wouldn’t let you sacrifice either of it your health and your palate!!

Prepare healthy fried stuffs
With more and more people becoming cautious about their food intake, it shouldn’t be of any surprise that there is a range of appliance of options that gives you the liberty to eat what you feel like without being much worried about the fats you intake. Fried stuffs are now increasingly being replaced by baked stuffs or simply by cooking appliances such as air fryers that would give you the same pleasure as a street food would. Be it kuttu aloo pakode or dahi-paneer kebabs, all these food items can now be enjoyed as low-calorie preparations.

Go Broiling
Who said broiled items are bland? A proper sense of healthy spices and even a broiled food could be finger licking!! Starting from a 2 minutes noodle, to full blown steam chicken curry, you name it and it can be prepared in a rice cooker. So why not cook something healthy? They are also ideal for cooking other healthy grains such as Quinoa, wild rice, polenta etc. which are much higher in fibre when compared to white rice. Further, some rice cookers also have different mode to steam vegetables, fish etc. and make stews and soups which makes it much easier for your loved ones to attain their healthy eating goals with just one appliance!

This is the perfect time to detox and get rid of toxins from the body. A juice diet helps to boost your metabolism and improves skin health. A weekly consumption of juices of fruits like avocado and pomegranate not only help in generating your blood cell counts, they even purify your blood flow. So Simply choose your favourite fruit or veggie and watch that pulp-free goodness flow in!!

Green Tea which is widely known for its medicinal value can do wonders if it’s adapted to our lifestyle as a ritual.
