Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) conducted a symposium on Internet of Things (IoT) at its campus in Guntur. Anvesh Dasari, Executive Manager- R&D and Bhavani Shankar Surabhi, Executive Manager- R&D of Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd., Vijayawada, addressed the symposium.

Hyderabad: Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) conducted a symposium on Internet of Things (IoT) at its campus in Guntur. Anvesh Dasari, Executive Manager- R&D and Bhavani Shankar Surabhi, Executive Manager- R&D of Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd., Vijayawada, addressed the symposium.

Anvesh Dasari enlightened the students on ten emerging technologies that are being used in the industry. Explaining the importance of symposium on" Internet of Things’ he said that technology is rapidly changing across the world.“Internet of Things (IoT) has become the most influential technological change with its wide range of applications.

IoT is also going to emerge as a major source of generating employment opportunities in the nation with its wide application in the areas of health, transport, agriculture, irrigation, environment, water management and logistics management,” he added.

Bhavani Shankar explained the “design thinking process". “To match up to the potential for skilled human resources in this domain, it is quite essential to improve the skill set of younger generation to drive them towards IoT. Symposium was a perfect platform for creating awareness among the students,” he pointed out.
