Bhadrachalam: After the long gap of eighty days, the devotees had a darshan with happiness in Lord Rama temple expressing happiness.

On Monday, the historical Sri Seetha Rama Chandra Swamy temple was opened in the early hours of Monday. The officers set all arrangements for the hassle-free darshan.

At 6.30 am, the temple officers allowed the devotees for the darshan in the temple strictly following the Covid norms. Before allowing the darshan the temple staff conducted the thermal tests and sanitised the hands of devotees.

The devotees were waited in a queue and stood in the circle which was drawn by the temple officers for maintaining the social distance.

The priests conducted the special pujas but did not distribute the prasadam and theerdham and setagopam.

After the temple opens on the day only the fewest number of devotees are witnessed in the temple premises. But the temple premises are witnessed with the devotees after the long gap.

The temple officers allowed the devotees for the darshan during the timing of 6.30 am to 11.30 am and 3.00 Pm and 6.30 Pm only.

The laddu and pulihora prasadams selling as usually in the counters under the lock down norms. The priest's conducting the Nithyakalyanam and other pujas in the main temple.
