Corruption in Kaleshwaram should be probed, says MLC Jeevan Reddy
MLC Jeevan Reddy said that those who have committed corruption in the Kaleshwaram project should questioned and hanged.
MLC Jeevan Reddy said that those who have committed corruption in the Kaleshwaram project should questioned and hanged. MLC Jeevan Reddy who visited Raikal mandal on Tuesday said that till yesterday everybody thought KCR had done great work in the country by lifting Godavari water to a height of 500 meters.
He reminded that the Sriram Sagar project, Srisailam project, and Nagarjuna Sagar project built 50 years ago in Congress regime are still intact and opined that the Kaleswaram project pillars which were built four years ago have collapsed.
He criticised that the people of Telangana state have been pushed into a debt of 1.20 crores with the Kaleshwaram project. "Even though the BJP calls the Kaleshwaram project an ATM to KCR, why it is not investigating the corruption," Jeevan Reddy questioned.
He said that Rs. 40,000 crores of debt was imposed on the people of the state in the name of Mission Bhageeratha. Mission Bhagiratha has pipes but water is not coming. Kaleshwaram project and Mission Bhageeratha projects are proof of KCR's corruption.
