Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) vice president Mallu Ravi on Wednesday alleged that the government has been creating problems by not following the Act made by the Centre in the case of Podu lands.
Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) vice president Mallu Ravi on Wednesday alleged that the government has been creating problems by not following the Act made by the Centre in the case of Podu lands.
Addressing the media, he said the United Progressive Alliance government made an Act giving rights to the tribals on the Podu lands. However, the TRS government has been refusing to recognize it.
He said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has shown his negligence by not holding a review on the issue. He said the BJP has been indulging in Goebbels campaign on joining of other party leaders into their organisation.
He wanted to know whether the BJP does not have leaders in the State. The BJP was not pressing the ruling TRS to implement the promises it has made and focusing on admitting leaders of Congress.
